White Scar Cave

Cavers: Tim, Sooty, Tony and George.

A nice early start saw us waiting for Inglesport to open but we were soon inside and chomping down a nice breakfast.

Then we were waiting for Whitescar to open but it was worth the wait – nice change in the toilets and George enjoyed the water feature (urinal!!!).

The cave itself was fantastic with a good tour of the show cave before the cold swim along the Long Lake (note George’s doggy style!!!)

We got completely confused by the Big Bertha choke but Sooty eventually bypassed it then we hit the duck/squeeze combo – fantastic – although it was a tiny bit to small for Sooty – who found the bypass.

When we did the fantastic stream passage and then headed out, slightly under pressure, because of a exit time set due to the forecast storm.

However we did stop to have our photo taken with Santa (and his attractive little helper!!!)…

The highlight of the change in the loo was Tim spraying Tony’s arsehole with deodorant and George creating his own sauna/steam room.

Nice pint and grub in the Hill Inn.
